- Digital Goods: Refunds for digital goods are generally not offered unless there is a defect in the product. Proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the defect are required.
2.2. Services
- Subscription Services: Refunds for subscription services may be granted if the request is made within 14 days of the purchase or renewal date. Partial refunds for remaining subscription periods are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- One-Time Services: Refunds for one-time services are considered if the service has not yet been rendered or if there was a defect in the service provided.
